Search Console Now Combines Traffic From Several Countries
Google updated the Performance report filters in Search Console on 6 October 2026, so you can now tick more than one country in the Country filter and see their combined Google Search traffic as one total. Google’s announcement says the update covers the device filter too, though it only spells out the country case. Until now the only way to look at more than one country was a comparison, which shows two values side by side and never adds them together.
The change matters most for a site whose market is a regional group, such as DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) or ANZ (Australia and New Zealand): its total clicks, impressions and queries now come from one filter instead of exporting each country and summing the rows. If you already report a regional figure built that way, rebuild it with the new filter and check the two agree for the same date range before you switch over.
One thing to expect: as of 6 October, Google’s help page for the report still says that seeing several countries or devices requires a comparison limited to two items, so the documentation describes the old behaviour until it is updated.
